Handles indirect tax litigation and advisory matters involving GST, customs, foreign trade, investigations, appeals, hearings, and tax authorities. Drafts legal submissions, develops case strategy, advises clients, conducts legal research, monitors regulatory developments and procedural deadlines, and coordinates with senior counsel and professional advisers. The role also supervises junior professionals, manages client deliverables, and contributes to legal publications and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Drives business development, client acquisition, referral networks, market expansion, and relationship management for a legal firm. Identifies and converts leads, develops strategic partnerships, maintains BD pipelines, conducts presentations and networking, and coordinates with Partners and internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery. Builds market intelligence, represents the firm at professional events, and strengthens market positioning and client experience.

Lead complex economic offenses, regulatory, investigative, advisory, and dispute-related matters from strategy through execution. Provide commercially informed legal advice, manage client relationships, coordinate regulators and multidisciplinary stakeholders, supervise legal deliverables, and mentor junior lawyers. The role also supports business development, thought leadership, recruitment, training, knowledge management, and institutional capability-building.
