Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of coated membrane products. Test coating thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, and surface quality; monitor manufacturing parameters; identify defects and nonconformities; maintain inspection records; coordinate corrective actions with production and maintenance teams; support audits, sampling, material handling, and process improvements.

Manage daily operations including invoice generation, GST-compliant e-Invoices and e-Way Bills, production scheduling, order tracking, dispatch coordination, documentation, and MIS reporting. Coordinate with Stores, Logistics, Sales, Accounts, and Production teams to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate billing, statutory compliance, and resolution of operational issues.

Supports CRM retention strategy, roadmap, budgeting, KPI tracking, and client data maintenance. Leads status meetings, gathers field feedback, coordinates project priorities with operations and product teams, and manages quarterly client communications and marketing invitations. The role also develops sales knowledge, maintains organized CRM documentation, stays current on updates, and supports customer experience initiatives.
