Preferred experience includes fintech applications such as KYC, fraud, risk, document intelligence, scalable GPU infrastructure, and regulated model governance.

Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing for fintech investment products across app and web platforms. Own Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, programmatic, and OEM channels; optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, activation, and full-funnel conversion. Manage experimentation, attribution, reporting, agencies, and platform relationships while partnering with product, analytics, CRM, and creative teams. Build AI-enabled workflows for campaign analysis, automation, budget allocation, and performance optimization, while mentoring a junior marketer.

Provides legal advice across NBFC, fintech, and P2P lending operations; drafts and negotiates contracts; manages regulatory compliance, filings, litigation, disputes, and legal risk. Supports corporate transactions, due diligence, governance, and company secretarial responsibilities involving the RBI, SEBI, MCA, and ROC. The role also requires stakeholder and external counsel coordination, policy development, leadership, and management of multiple legal and compliance initiatives.

Manage SEO, ASO, and AEO strategies to increase organic user acquisition for LenDenClub’s website and mobile app. Responsibilities include keyword optimization, app store listings, link building, technical SEO, content creation, agency coordination, rankings and reporting, organic conversion planning, algorithm monitoring, and webmaster tool administration. The role requires extensive B2C SEO and ASO expertise, familiarity with web technologies and analytics tools, strong copywriting skills, and at least seven years of relevant experience.

Convert inbound digital leads into P2P investment clients through consultative sales, product education, onboarding support, and follow-ups. Advise investors on portfolio allocation, risk, tenure, and returns while meeting acquisition and disbursement targets. Maintain CRM records, track conversions, build long-term relationships, encourage repeat investments and referrals, and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
