Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating agreements, coordinating integrations and launches, acquiring investors, tracking partner performance, improving conversion and repeat investment, and managing partner accounts. The role requires substantial financial-services experience, investment or wealth-product distribution partnerships, commercial negotiation, technology integration coordination, and familiarity with investor onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Owns investor-facing reporting, board and investor presentations, fundraising support, financial modeling, cap table analysis, market intelligence, and CEO/CFO-led strategic initiatives. The role coordinates Finance, Business, Product, Risk, legal, investors, and advisors while translating financial and market data into decision-ready narratives. It requires executive presence, discretion, structured problem-solving, ownership, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
