The role requires substantial financial-services experience, investment or wealth-product distribution partnerships, commercial negotiation, technology integration coordination, and familiarity with investor onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced partnerships professional to grow LenDenClub’s investor base through partnerships with wealth and fintech platforms.
You will identify new partners, negotiate agreements, manage launches and grow business with existing partners.
- Source partnership opportunities with wealth and fintech platforms serving potential investors.
- Develop partnership proposals based on the partner’s customer base, business objectives and commercial requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and take partnership agreements through to closure.
- Manage integrations and launches with partner teams and LenDenClub’s product, technology, legal and compliance teams.
- Plan and execute initiatives with partners to acquire investors and increase investment.
- Track partnership performance and improve customer conversion and repeat investment.
- Maintain an active pipeline of new opportunities and grow existing partner accounts.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial services, including at least 3 years in investment or wealth-product distribution partnerships.
- A proven record of acquiring new partners, launching partnerships and growing the business they generate.
- Experience distributing investment products through wealth or fintech platforms.
- Experience preparing business proposals, evaluating partnership economics and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Experience managing technology integrations and coordinating partnership launches.
- Working knowledge of investor onboarding, acquisition and engagement.
- Experience using business performance data to plan and improve partner-led growth.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements relevant to financial-product distribution.
An existing network across wealth and fintech platforms will be an advantage.
