Lead end-to-end sales and revenue growth for CLM Contract Management Services. Own quotas for implementations, migrations, managed and AI-enabled contract services; generate pipeline via outbound, partners, and events; manage deal cycles from qualification to close; build relationships with legal and procurement stakeholders; develop GTM with cross-functional teams; forecast pipeline and coach junior BD/sales staff.

Maintain and enhance a VB.NET WinForms billing desktop application, write and optimize T-SQL/stored procedures and SQL Server Agent jobs, expand automated test coverage, participate in code reviews, and help plan migration to a web-based architecture (ASP.NET Core/Blazor) while collaborating with stakeholders and following coding standards.

Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support. Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain to gather requirements, configure and customize modules, manage a functional/technical team, drive process improvements, ensure data integrity and compliance, and support financial reporting and audits.
