Teams at KLDiscovery

Supports hosted e-discovery platforms by loading and transforming data, creating databases and user accounts, configuring permissions, investigating client technical inquiries, and assisting customers through phone, email, and screen sharing. The role also manages internal service-level tasks, collaborates with Engineering, IT, Application, and Project Management teams, and provides platform walkthroughs when needed.

Manages software engineering projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and removing roadblocks. Serves as a liaison between business and development teams, communicates goals, manages budgets, and supports recruitment and onboarding. Coaches, mentors, trains, and evaluates software developers while providing performance feedback. Collaborates across departments and contributes to hiring and compensation decisions.

Owns global compute, virtualization, storage, backup, Windows, Linux, and Azure infrastructure. Leads architecture, standards, capacity planning, patching, security, observability, automation, incident escalation, technical projects, vendor coordination, documentation, and cost optimization. Provides mentoring and participates in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
