Own quotas for implementations, migrations, managed and AI-enabled contract services; generate pipeline via outbound, partners, and events; manage deal cycles from qualification to close; build relationships with legal and procurement stakeholders; develop GTM with cross-functional teams; forecast pipeline and coach junior BD/sales staff.

Lead compensation and benefits design for India, manage vendor relationships, execute annual merit and incentive cycles, and ensure compliance across APAC and EMEA.
