Coordinate stakeholders and internal teams, manage requirements, plans, timelines, risks, testing, UAT, validation, deployment, change requests, go-live, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization. Support pharmaceutical validation activities including IQ, OQ, PQ, documentation, defect tracking, and customer sign-offs.

Own CPG revenue growth and customer acquisition in India by selling ManageArtworks SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts. Manage end-to-end consultative sales cycles, demos, solutioning, strategic deals, pipeline forecasting, renewals, upsells, and customer handoffs. Build relationships with brand, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and operations leaders; support sales team members; provide market feedback; and maintain CRM accuracy and ethical sales practices.
