Design, develop, and maintain Java and React systems with complex business workflows. Architect and automate business processes, provide technical support, collaborate with global teams, and own end-to-end project execution. Mentor and manage team members while working with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL Server. Gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support modern development practices.

Develop scalable full-stack applications processing large datasets in near real time. Build responsive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks, contribute across the software development lifecycle, and work within an agile financial-sector engineering team. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, system and UI design, estimation, development, testing, release management, and production support.

Provide legal support to global sales and corporate teams by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial, services, and licensing agreements; support regulatory compliance (corporate, securities, data privacy); assist with procurement, subsidiary governance, and updates to template agreements; advise internal stakeholders and lead contract negotiations for multinational business operations.
