Teams at ISS (Institutional Shareholder Services)

Collect, verify and maintain corporate governance, compensation, and pay data for assigned markets; respond to queries, ensure adherence to methodology and quality standards, meet turnaround targets, perform root-cause analysis, update performance metrics, and participate in related projects.

Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, facilities maintenance, employee services, compliance, and event logistics. Oversee housekeeping, security, consumables, asset inventory, service requests, preventive maintenance, invoice processing, and audit support. Prepare MIS, track budgets and vendor SLAs, and ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams to adopt Agile/Scrum and Lean practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track metrics (velocity, burndown), collaborate with Product Owners on roadmaps and backlog, drive continuous improvement, run workshops, and promote an agile mindset and servant-leader culture across teams and leadership.
