Leads a team of 5–10 sales counselors to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. Responsibilities include hands-on inside sales, lead conversion, coaching, funnel and CRM management, call audits, performance tracking, follow-ups, objection handling, and collaboration with marketing to improve lead quality and sales effectiveness.

Leads operations and performance across partner colleges, overseeing academic quality, examinations, student success, placements support, institutional partnerships, and portfolio growth. Manages on-ground teams, establishes SOPs and accountability systems, analyzes performance data, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and engages senior college stakeholders to improve outcomes and ensure consistent program delivery.
