Manage academic delivery, college operations, student success, stakeholder relationships, admissions execution, placement support, and escalations across partner colleges. Track attendance, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and program quality metrics; coordinate faculty, classrooms, LMS, and academic tools; support admissions campaigns and career readiness; mentor junior staff; and improve processes and reporting. The role is fully on-site in Mumbai with weekday work and first and third Saturdays.

Manages operations, academic quality, student success, examinations, placement enablement, and performance across partner colleges. Leads on-ground teams, develops SOPs, governs portfolio metrics, manages senior institutional relationships, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and drives corrective actions, partnership health, scalable program delivery, and student outcomes.

Coordinate online and hybrid program delivery, including virtual classroom setup, trainer scheduling, LMS administration, student orientation, communications, and query resolution. Monitor course progress, schedules, CSAT, NPS, feedback, SOP compliance, assessments, certificates, and operational data. Generate reports and collaborate with trainers, industry professionals, students, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and strong student outcomes.
