Teams at Hitachi

Leads technical sales and presales activities for core storage and data modernization solutions across India. Designs customer solutions, supports RFIs and RFPs, conducts workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical validations. Acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on storage, data protection, virtualization, and containerized workloads. Partners with sales, product, engineering, and management teams to strengthen competitive positioning, grow pipeline, close revenue, and communicate customer and market needs.

Manage and grow key government and commercial accounts across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa. Develop account plans, achieve sales quotas, build executive relationships, identify customer needs, present solutions, negotiate contracts, coordinate internal teams, monitor competitors, maintain CRM forecasts, and represent Hitachi at industry events. The role requires extensive B2B sales or commercial account management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and travel as needed.

Designs, configures, supports, and troubleshoots Hitachi storage arrays and SAN environments. Responsibilities include replication, virtualization, migration, performance analysis, RAID and storage tiering, fabric operations, patch and microcode upgrades, root-cause analysis, and incident/change management. The engineer coordinates with vendors, translates business requirements into technology solutions, mentors team members, and supports complex storage infrastructure independently and collaboratively.
