Designs, configures, supports, and troubleshoots Hitachi storage arrays and SAN environments. Responsibilities include replication, virtualization, migration, performance analysis, RAID and storage tiering, fabric operations, patch and microcode upgrades, root-cause analysis, and incident/change management. The engineer coordinates with vendors, translates business requirements into technology solutions, mentors team members, and supports complex storage infrastructure independently and collaboratively.

Lead medium, large, and enterprise IT and PLM projects across global teams. Manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, vendors, dependencies, governance, stakeholder alignment, reporting, quality standards, and project closure. Provide expertise for complex technical programs and ensure successful delivery of PLM solutions such as Windchill. Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
