Responsibilities include customer discovery, client pilots, cross-functional execution, financial modeling, metric analysis, stakeholder alignment, and removing delivery blockers. The role turns ambiguous ideas into measurable outcomes and establishes repeatable processes for successful initiatives.

Own strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and outcomes across a portfolio of Voice AI products. Lead enterprise discovery with BFSI stakeholders, partner with engineering leadership on technical trade-offs, mentor other product managers, establish scalable product practices, and communicate priorities to executives. The role requires deep BFSI or Voice AI expertise, zero-to-one and scale experience, enterprise rollout experience, and strong product judgment.

Own enterprise sales across Pune and West Maharashtra BFSI accounts, managing prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Build territory strategy, acquire and expand strategic customers, engage senior stakeholders, deliver executive presentations and demonstrations, maintain pipeline forecasting, and collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to position Voice AI and Speech Analytics solutions.
