About GreyLabs AI

GreyLabs AI is building the voice operating system for India’s BFSI. Our Agentic Voice AI platform helps banks, insurers, NBFCs, and fintechs automate and humanise millions of customer conversations across sales, collections, customer service, and compliance in multiple Indian languages.

In under two years, we’ve scaled to 50+ enterprise clients, including RBL Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, SBI Life, ICICI Prudential Life, and Motilal Oswal, processing hundreds of millions of conversations. We raised ₹85 Crores in Series A funding led by Elevation Capital with Z47 and were recognised for “Best Use of AI in Fintech” at IFTA 2025.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a significant portfolio within our Voice AI platform, spanning multiple product charters rather than a single area. You’ll define product strategy, drive prioritisation, and be accountable for outcomes while working closely with PMs who manage individual charters day to day.

This role is suited to someone who has owned products end-to-end and is ready to take broader ownership across multiple product areas, influence product direction, and raise the bar for product execution across the team.

What You’ll Do

1. Portfolio Strategy & Ownership

  • Own a portfolio, not just a single charter: Lead strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas, such as a set of use-case verticals or a platform capability and its adjacent charters.

  • Translate company strategy into roadmaps: Turn GreyLabs’ broader business priorities into a coherent, prioritised multi-quarter plan that teams can execute against.

  • Drive prioritisation and trade-offs: Make informed sequencing decisions when multiple product areas compete for engineering capacity.

  • Own product outcomes: Track and drive revenue, adoption, retention, and customer value across your portfolio.

2. Raising the Bar Across the Portfolio

  • Set the standard for product craft: Review discovery, product specifications, and prioritisation decisions, providing clear and actionable feedback to other PMs.

  • Guide, mentor, and unblock: Support PMs in making difficult product decisions, whether or not they report to you directly.

  • Establish product operating rhythms: Define how product charters are planned, reviewed, and prioritised to help multiple workstreams progress effectively.

3. Executive & Enterprise Stakeholder Management

  • Lead enterprise discovery: Engage CXOs, operations heads, and compliance leaders at leading financial institutions to understand business needs and translate them into product opportunities.

  • Partner with engineering leadership: Collaborate on architecture trade-offs, prioritisation, and build-vs-buy decisions, bringing customer and business context into technical discussions.

  • Align leadership and founders: Communicate product strategy, risks, priorities, and outcomes with clarity and confidence.

4. Domain Depth: BFSI or Voice AI

  • Bring meaningful domain expertise: Have strong experience in at least one of two areas: BFSI, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, and insurance, or Voice AI and conversational AI systems built and deployed in production.

  • Build complementary expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the other domain to ensure GreyLabs’ Voice AI solutions deliver meaningful business value within BFSI.

5. Organizational Scalability

  • Build scalable product practices: Help establish the processes and operating norms for product planning, charter ownership, prioritisation, and reviews as GreyLabs scales.

  • Enable teams to execute independently: Create clarity around goals, ownership, and decision-making so multiple product workstreams can run in parallel without losing focus or execution quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in product management, with demonstrated experience owning multiple product charters or a broader product portfolio and making prioritisation and trade-off decisions across product areas.

  • Zero-to-one and scale experience: A track record of taking products from early concept to meaningful revenue, adoption, or customer impact in a B2B SaaS or AI-driven environment.

  • Experience guiding other PMs: Ability to mentor, influence, and raise the quality of product thinking and execution across a team.

  • Deep domain expertise in BFSI or Voice AI: Meaningful experience in financial services or in building and scaling voice/conversational AI products in production.

  • Enterprise execution: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts where success depends on adoption and workflow change, not just deployment.

  • Strong stakeholder management: Confidence engaging C-level executives and translating business requirements into clear product priorities.

  • Strong product and technical judgment: Ability to work closely with engineering leaders on architecture trade-offs, sequencing, and build-vs-buy decisions.

  • Clear, direct communication: Ability to communicate precisely across leadership discussions, customer conversations, and detailed product reviews with engineers.
