Lead quality assurance for IoT products by developing test plans, executing automated and manual tests, validating embedded hardware and software functionality, security, interoperability, and performance, and conducting root cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams, contribute to architecture and testability discussions, improve testing infrastructure, and mentor QA engineers.

Leads hands-on design and development of scalable full-stack platform modules and microservices using Java, Node.js, and React. Owns the software lifecycle from requirements through deployment and monitoring, contributes to AI-driven and agentic workflows, mentors engineers, reviews code, and improves performance, security, observability, CI/CD, and system integrations across hardware and visualization layers.

Manage accounts payable across India, UK, and US entities, including invoice processing, purchase orders, three-way matching, supplier payments, reconciliations, employee expenses, inter-company billing, and compliance with GST, TDS, and VAT. Maintain supplier records and KYC documentation, coordinate with global stakeholders, and support month-end finance activities using Xero, Tally, and Excel.

Lead quality assurance activities by analyzing requirements, creating test plans and cases, developing automated tests, executing UI and regression testing, reporting and verifying defects, tracking quality metrics, improving QA processes, and presenting quality reports to senior management. Collaborate with product development teams and support continuous improvement across software quality and testing practices.

Provides Level 2 technical support for IoT products and connectivity, managing tickets, client communications, escalations, root-cause investigations, and knowledge-base documentation. The role partners with customer support, account management, product, and development teams; leads resolution of complex technical issues and projects; analyzes trends and data; supports continuous improvement; and may deliver training. Rotational shifts, including nights supporting US and UK business hours, are required.
