Manages accounting operations, reconciliations, payroll support, petty cash, statutory and ROC compliance, vendor coordination, audits, budgeting, MIS reporting, receivables, payables, treasury, cash flow, and working capital. The role also supports tax filings, transfer pricing, banking activities, financial close, forecasting, and coordination with auditors, consultants, employees, and vendors.

Lead quality assurance for IoT products by developing test plans, executing automated and manual tests, validating embedded hardware and software functionality, security, interoperability, and performance, and conducting root cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams, contribute to architecture and testability discussions, improve testing infrastructure, and mentor QA engineers.

Leads hands-on design and development of scalable full-stack platform modules and microservices using Java, Node.js, and React. Owns the software lifecycle from requirements through deployment and monitoring, contributes to AI-driven and agentic workflows, mentors engineers, reviews code, and improves performance, security, observability, CI/CD, and system integrations across hardware and visualization layers.
