Leads the design quality and delivery of project portfolios, including statutory drawings for Mumbai-region projects. Develops creative design responses, comprehensive documentation, and coordinated designs with sub-consultants and support teams. Lead BIM implementation and coordination across projects: set project BIM standards, ensure BIM Execution Plan compliance, create and review multi-discipline models, run clash detection and assign issues, support designers/modelers, automate workflows, produce element families, configure coordinate systems, and verify 3D model quantities for submission.

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring quality, timely completion, and profitability. Drive design excellence, site analysis, code compliance, documentation, risk mitigation, client relationships, and team development while compiling project learnings for continuous improvement.

Lead delivery of high-quality design and statutory drawing packages for Mumbai-region projects. Own design portfolios, coordinate with sub-consultants and permitting consultants, manage resourcing and manpower budgets, mentor and develop reporting team members, present signed-off concept designs to stakeholders, and prevent client escalations through accurate documentation and design coordination.
