Leads the design quality and delivery of project portfolios, including statutory drawings for Mumbai-region projects. Develops creative design responses, comprehensive documentation, and coordinated designs with sub-consultants and support teams. Ensures delivery within staffing plans and timelines, presents approved concepts to stakeholders, prevents coordination and documentation errors, and supports the professional development, assessment, and motivation of reporting team members.

Create clear, attractive visual narrations of design intent and process. Generate ideas and final infographics to depict concept evolution, contribute graphics that reflect client context, and produce project packages for competitions or publication.

Lead strategy, evaluation, and implementation of AI across design, documentation, and operations. Advise leadership, develop phased adoption roadmaps, define governance and metrics, manage integration, training, and change management, and continuously refine AI workflows to boost creativity, efficiency, and quality.
