Lead design and implementation of the company-wide Revit/BIM delivery system: create standards, templates, and families; drive BIM adoption, training, auditing, BEP creation, scripting to reduce repetitive tasks, and identify new technologies and resourcing needs.

Produce high-quality detailed drawings, participate in design workshops and research, convert sketches into error-free documentation, meet delivery timelines, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and pursue continuous professional growth.

Lead BIM implementation and coordination across projects: set project BIM standards, ensure BIM Execution Plan compliance, create and review multi-discipline models, run clash detection and assign issues, support designers/modelers, automate workflows, produce element families, configure coordinate systems, and verify 3D model quantities for submission.
