Train and develop partners, promote Eaton’s UPS and power quality solutions, identify new business opportunities, monitor competitors and market trends, and provide insights to product management and marketing teams.

Leads Eaton’s brand visibility, channel engagement, corporate communications, public relations, retail activation, content development, campaigns, and agency management for power quality and UPS products. Develops branding and communication plans, manages distributor and dealer programs, coordinates media and thought leadership initiatives, oversees creative agencies and vendors, and collaborates with sales, product, corporate communications, and global marketing teams. Requires B2B marketing experience in the electrical or industrial UPS sector.

Manages end-to-end data center colocation projects, including scope, schedules, resources, vendors, risks, safety, documentation, materials, costs, and client communication. Coordinates internal teams, contractors, factory, logistics, consultants, and customers to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Reviews vendor billing through payment, manages scope changes, and resolves critical issues. The role requires strong electrical and data center expertise, CAD and drawing-submission experience, UPS and SLD knowledge, leadership, documentation, and flexibility for extended site hours.

Leads indirect sourcing, buying, production planning, inventory management, and materials scheduling. Ensures supplier and customer delivery performance, parts availability, inventory health, and zero line stoppages. Manages purchase orders, demand-versus-supply planning, SIOP, min-max levels, safety stock, KANBAN, PFEP, excess and obsolete inventory, supplier recovery, and management reporting. Develops cost-saving strategies, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and manages supplier relationships across multiple indirect commodities.
