Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex data center and critical power infrastructure projects across India. Responsibilities include project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, customer engagement, P&L management, cost control, quality, compliance, risk mitigation, and safety. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, coordinates electrical and facility systems, oversees customer and stakeholder relationships, and drives governance, delivery excellence, and team development.

Develops Eaton power solutions business across consultants, EPCs, channel partners, and end customers. Responsibilities include consultant mapping, product approvals, specification development, opportunity pipeline management, bid compliance, technical documentation, battery sizing, competitor analysis, customer training, and post-sales coordination. Requires strong UPS application expertise, technical and commercial acumen, and up to 30% travel.

Drive revenue and gross margin growth across an assigned territory by managing channel partners, expanding market coverage, achieving sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships. Train and develop partners, promote Eaton’s UPS and power quality solutions, identify new business opportunities, monitor competitors and market trends, and provide insights to product management and marketing teams.
