Lead monthly P&L, ledger scrutiny, MIS and financial reporting; prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, provisions, and financial statements under IndAS. Ensure balance sheet integrity, tax compliance, and timely completion of statutory and internal audits; provide ad-hoc management reports and analyze operational performance.

Responsible for routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and infrastructure at a port terminal. Duties include fault diagnosis, inspections, corrective repairs, shift supervision, maintenance recordkeeping, contractor coordination, preventive maintenance scheduling, equipment availability optimization, safety compliance, and reporting unsafe conditions or abnormalities. Requires knowledge of engines, hydraulics, ropes, and gearboxes, along with oversight of generators, lifts, fire systems, and related terminal facilities.

Lead electrical maintenance and machine breakdown operations, including preventive and emergency maintenance, safety compliance, risk assessments, team delegation, equipment availability, and work-order closure. Monitor critical infrastructure such as fire pumps, substations, and air-conditioning units. Prepare shift MIS reports, manage emergency drills, approve spare-parts requisitions, conduct troubleshooting, and support Lean and Kaizen improvements.
