Lead and perform financial, operational, systems and process audits across business units; support risk assessment and annual audit planning; plan and execute audit fieldwork, report findings, recommend internal control improvements, use data analytics (Power BI), follow up on remediation, and develop standardized audit procedures and checklists.

Oversee pharmaceutical quality assurance for economic-zone, distribution, warehousing, and 3PL operations. Manage GDP and GMP compliance, deviations, CAPA, change controls, risk assessments, self-inspections, document control, cold-chain activities, temperature mapping, and excursion management. Independently support customer and regulatory audits, prepare investigation reports and responses, and implement SOPs across departments.

Manage SOC operations, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, infrastructure security, IAM/PAM, Azure cloud security, application and data protection, and OT/IT cybersecurity for port and terminal operations. Lead security assessments, remediation, architecture reviews, tabletop exercises, and implementation of controls including EDR, XDR, DLP, segmentation, encryption, and access management.
