The Executive - Sales Support will drive business growth through market analysis, performance monitoring, lead management, and creating a positive onboarding experience for clients. Responsibilities include sales goal forecasting, market mapping, and competitor analysis.

Lead sourcing, onboarding, training and managing franchisees/SBPs. Drive franchise performance, compliance and continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to set processes, performance objectives, and ensure smooth operations and financial sustainability of franchise partnerships.

Lead end-to-end implementation of contract logistics projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relations, mitigating risks, tracking milestones, and driving post-implementation improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
