Oversee international revenue assurance and accounting across multiple entities, including revenue recognition, contract accounting, billing governance, financial close, reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, cash flow planning, and project profitability. Serve as finance controller and business partner to leadership, standardize cross-border processes, mitigate revenue leakage, and coordinate with finance, tax, treasury, project, and business teams.

Develop renewable energy business with corporate clients in West India by identifying leads, advising C-suite decision-makers, creating energy sourcing and net-zero solutions, preparing techno-commercial proposals and financial models, negotiating large contracts, and coordinating internal and external teams through implementation. The role also requires maintaining client relationships, monitoring industry trends and regulations, and supporting continued business growth.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, managing reception, calls, visitor logs, passes, conference rooms, couriers, office supplies, and front desk organization. Provides administrative support including data entry, filing, office record maintenance, and occasional employee travel-booking assistance. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, English fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a professional appearance.

Design, develop, deploy, and manage enterprise AI applications, copilots, chatbots, agents, and workflow automation across Microsoft and AI platforms. Build solutions using OpenAI, Azure, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, SQL, and APIs. Implement secure integrations with authentication, RBAC, SSO, governance, and responsible AI practices. Manage the end-to-end execution and lifecycle administration of renewable energy and environmental attribute contracts with global corporate buyers. Coordinate project updates, client communications, COD declarations, REC registrations, attribute transfers, CFD settlements, invoicing, and contractual compliance across development, asset management, finance, regulatory, and operations teams. Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure obligations are fulfilled across multiple projects.

Supports end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, managing candidate engagement and offer documentation, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with campus hiring, internship programs, and employer branding. The intern will help ensure a positive candidate experience while gaining corporate recruitment experience.
