Lead or support project finance origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution for medium to large transactions. Build financial models, perform sensitivity analysis, evaluate financing options, and provide strategic input for business development and investment decisions. Support M&A financial due diligence and coordinate external advisors. Coach junior team members and contribute to debt raising and funding-source selection.

Manage treasury operations including bank reconciliations, fixed deposits, loans, mutual funds, interest payments, and banking transactions. Coordinate with bankers and lenders, monitor LC, BG, and LOC charges, support audits and due diligence, and provide financial data to the broader finance team. Maintain accurate accounting entries in SAP and ensure transactions comply with escrow arrangements and approved sanctions.

Execute validation and verification of global community, renewable energy, biogas, and other carbon projects. Manage I-REC and TIGR projects, audits, registry documentation, emission-reduction calculations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships. Monitor emerging carbon standards and methodologies, provide technical input on new projects, and coordinate with customers, investors, project advocates, and internal teams.
