Monitor and improve master-data accuracy, integrity, and quality metrics. Maintain bills of materials and spare-part kits, consolidate weekly sales KPIs, and update dashboards. Coordinate process improvements, internal training, system enhancements, and change implementation while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage technical and commercial quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts, including RFQ processing, hydraulic pump selection, trade compliance, SAP quotation creation, delivery coordination, customer communication, and order handover. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, ETO teams, distributors, and sales managers to resolve technical questions, prepare accurate offers, monitor approvals, and ensure complete documentation.

Provide technical and pre-sales support for defense pump sales to Indian Navy customers: review requirements, propose technical solutions, prepare SAP quotations, source local suppliers per Make in India, collaborate with engineering for custom designs, support order entry and project realization, and act as customer representative internally.
