Conduct laboratory experiments to develop solvent-based CO2 capture processes. Operate, optimize, and troubleshoot experimental equipment; create repeatable methods and SOPs; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; analyze experimental data and literature; and communicate technical findings to research and technology teams. The role is a six-month fixed-term contract based primarily in a Navi Mumbai laboratory.

Designs and optimizes electrical systems for modular carbon capture units, serving as Electrical Lead across FEED, detailed design, fabrication, testing, installation, and commissioning. Develops load lists, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, sizing calculations, and material takeoffs. Reviews contractor deliverables, coordinates technical queries, supports multidisciplinary reviews, specifies electrical equipment, and contributes to engineering procedures, standards, specifications, and design tools.

Operate and troubleshoot a pilot plant manufacturing process, supervise installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing, and coordinate site preparation, utilities, and tie-ins. Prepare operating manuals, manage workforce planning, support KPI achievement, and enforce HSE standards. The role requires shift work, root-cause analysis, and hands-on PLC/DCS operation, with chemical engineering expertise and field experience in chemical, oil and gas, fertilizer, or similar plants.
