Own commercial growth, retention, and expansion across assigned B2B technology-services accounts. Build executive and stakeholder relationships, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, conduct consultative discovery, manage proposals and negotiations, maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, monitor customer satisfaction, address delivery risks, and coordinate internal teams to convert successful delivery into recurring revenue and long-term partnerships.

Develop and maintain ETL workflows, data warehouses, and data marts using Snowflake, Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL. Design dimensional and star-schema models, implement complex transformations, tune query performance, troubleshoot database issues, document technical solutions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Independently manage deliverables and translate requirements into reliable data integration solutions.
