Manage franchise and commercial contracting, including drafting, negotiation, and agreement administration. Provide legal support for real estate and facility agreements, risk management, compliance, tax safeguarding, intellectual property, and litigation. Deliver practical legal advice aligned with business objectives while coordinating with Finance, Operations, Tax, and Expansion teams to resolve cross-functional legal issues and streamline contract processes.

Oversee treasury operations including liquidity, cash flow planning, investments, banking, foreign exchange, daily accounting, cash controls, insurance, audits, and management reporting. The role also manages cashier operations, supports project management, and liaises with banks, auditors, and senior stakeholders.

Manages core HR operations, including recruitment, joining formalities, employee records, attendance and leave, payroll, bonuses, confirmations, performance appraisals, exit interviews, final settlements, statutory coordination for ESI and PF, and employee engagement. Requires knowledge of labor laws.
