Provides executive and team administrative support through diary and meeting management, travel and expense coordination, event planning, stakeholder communication, confidential information handling, and proactive prioritization. Maintains accurate records, supports governance meetings, manages logistics, and contributes to operational excellence. Requires strong communication, organization, discretion, technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Concur, and Copilot, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Supports transaction banking sales for corporate and financial institution clients across deposits, liquidity, payments, trade finance, and working capital solutions. Develops pitches, RFP responses, proposals, and transaction structures; supports deal execution, pipeline reporting, revenue forecasting, and CRM updates. Partners with Treasury, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams while building client relationships and ensuring AML, KYC, sanctions, regulatory, and control compliance.

Assess internal control frameworks to mitigate risks, improve effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders in managing risks and leads governance initiatives.
