Partner with senior business leaders to deliver HR programs and projects (organisational design, talent reviews, D&I, promotions, succession, pay rounds). Lead stakeholder management, project management, risk mitigation, continuous improvement and advise on HR strategy and compliance for BFSI regulated entities.
