Own the strategy, development, lifecycle, governance, and oversight of wholesale loan and overdraft products across India, Asia, and the Middle East. Coordinate product approvals, annual reviews, risk controls, regulatory requirements, service standards, and technology and process enhancements. Act as the regional business product owner, partnering with investment banking, operations, technology, risk, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic loan platform improvements and client-focused outcomes.

Provides executive and team administrative support through diary and meeting management, travel and expense coordination, event planning, stakeholder communication, confidential information handling, and proactive prioritization. Maintains accurate records, supports governance meetings, manages logistics, and contributes to operational excellence. Requires strong communication, organization, discretion, technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Concur, and Copilot, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Assess internal control frameworks to mitigate risks, improve effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders in managing risks and leads governance initiatives.
