The AVP Finance Operations will manage financial processes including transactional processing, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows.

Support treasury operations by coordinating with banks and auditors, maintaining KYC and treasury documentation, preparing internal/external reports, assisting with board resolutions and loan documentation, ensuring FEMA compliance, and monitoring credit facilities, covenants, and security coverage.

The Intern will assist in accounting reconciliations, prepare workings for financial statements according to standards, and support month-end closing tasks.

Lead Accounts Receivable MIS: prepare daily/weekly/monthly AR reports and dashboards, track receivables and DPD, support reconciliations, drive collections analysis, manage month-/year-end receivables close, support audits, recommend MIS automation, and lead/train the AR MIS/back-office team.
