Provide virtual, physical, and home-based patient consultations; assess, diagnose, and treat illnesses; prescribe medications; review medical records and diagnostic results; deliver follow-up care through telemedicine; maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation; follow clinical and telemedicine protocols; collaborate with healthcare teams; and support improvements to remote care and patient experience.

Develop and maintain cloud-native Java microservices using Spring Boot, AWS, relational databases, and NoSQL technologies. Apply TDD, JUnit, Git workflows, domain-driven design, and automated CI/CD practices. Build serverless or containerized deployments and integrate event-driven messaging when needed. The role requires strong English communication and flexibility to overlap with U.S. Central Time while working remotely from India.

Lead global financial operations including US, Canada and India accounting; prepare US GAAP financial statements, consolidations, budgeting, management reporting, compliance (SOX/IFRS), and drive strategic financial planning and revenue department oversight.
