Lead planning for large commercial projects, including Level-5 scheduling, MSP, resource planning, progress monitoring, consultant coordination, and independently managing planning on live commercial sites. Requires working experience in Mumbai.

Manage large-scale commercial IT park, ITES, and office building construction projects from conception through completion and handover. Responsibilities include architect and general contractor selection, tender and bid management, procurement documentation, construction oversight, vendor management, and project delivery. Candidates must understand PEB, composite, and PT structures, as well as CVC and CAG documentation and procurement guidelines.

Lead enterprise/B2B sales within BFSI or FMCG verticals for Background Verification and Audit & Assurance services. Identify opportunities, build CXO relationships, manage full sales cycle, collaborate on solutions and onboarding, and achieve revenue targets.
