Build and maintain scalable data solutions, including automated ETL and ELT pipelines, data models, integrations, and cloud data platforms. Gather requirements, create technical designs and documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, estimate and deliver work, support platform roadmaps, and promote data engineering best practices. The role requires commercial data engineering experience, cloud platform expertise, SQL proficiency, and strong communication skills.

The Business Analyst gathers and documents business and system requirements, creates user stories and acceptance criteria, analyzes processes and gaps, and maintains project backlogs. The role supports Agile Scrum and Kanban delivery across multiple complex technology projects, facilitates stakeholder workshops, develops process flows and business cases, and contributes to solution design, testing, validation, and project governance. It requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills, plus experience with software development lifecycles and modern technology platforms.

Lead and evolve the Technology PMO and portfolio governance, manage portfolio delivery performance, risks, and resource capacity, run solution approval board, line-manage delivery managers and third-party teams, standardise processes, and drive continuous improvement and metrics.
