The Business Analyst gathers and documents business and system requirements, creates user stories and acceptance criteria, analyzes processes and gaps, and maintains project backlogs. The role supports Agile Scrum and Kanban delivery across multiple complex technology projects, facilitates stakeholder workshops, develops process flows and business cases, and contributes to solution design, testing, validation, and project governance. It requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills, plus experience with software development lifecycles and modern technology platforms.

Support monthly close activities including intercompany, cash and balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, AP/prepaid/rebate accruals, and manual journal entries. Process T&E claims, follow up on open items, assist external audits, ensure compliance with controls and deadlines, and support process improvements and KPIs under manager guidance.

Perform end-to-end finance operations including AP/AR processing, intercompany invoicing, cash allocations, client and bank reconciliations, expense processing, billing query resolution, transactional MIS/reporting, support accruals/provisions and monthly book-close activities.

Lead and evolve the Technology PMO and portfolio governance, manage portfolio delivery performance, risks, and resource capacity, run solution approval board, line-manage delivery managers and third-party teams, standardise processes, and drive continuous improvement and metrics.
