Lead the end-to-end learning and development function across pan-India cafe outlets. Responsibilities include creating training strategies, onboarding baristas, developing SOPs and learning materials, conducting assessments, managing competency and individual development plans, maintaining training MIS, and supporting internal promotion pipelines. The role requires extensive travel, stakeholder coordination, and consistent execution of operational, service, grooming, and product training standards across regions.

Conduct internal and store audits across cafe outlets, reviewing cash handling, POS transactions, inventory, expenses, purchases, and operational controls. Identify discrepancies, financial leakages, and control gaps; reconcile stock records; prepare audit reports; recommend corrective actions; and coordinate with Finance and Store Operations to resolve observations. Perform surprise audits and track recurring issues while supporting preventive control implementation.

Identify expansion opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and location feasibility assessments. Build relationships with landlords, brokers, property owners, and vendors; generate leads through field visits and networking; evaluate commercial viability; explore partnerships; coordinate expansion initiatives; and maintain lead pipelines and progress reports.
