We are looking for a Junior HR to support day-to-day HR administration and ensure employee records, documentation and HR data are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and trackers.
- Manage employee documentation including joining, onboarding and exit-related records.
- Ensure all employee information is accurately captured and regularly updated.
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation and coordination with new joiners.
- Maintain and organise employee files and HR documents.
- Assist with attendance, leave and other employee-related records.
- Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for pending documents and information.
- Prepare basic HR reports, MIS and trackers as required.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple employee records and requirements.
- Prior experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail or a multi-location organisation would be an advantage.
