- Zonal Credit Head manage a team of Credit Analysts, Approve Midmarket & NBFC cases within delegated powers.
- Responsible for quality of the Midmarket & NBFC portfolio of the region.
- Shall be able to contribute towards process/policy/product changes related to Credit.
- Forge and foster robust partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive risk management strategy.
- Align credit risk initiatives with partner objectives, meticulously monitor portfolios for shifts, and propose strategic interventions.
- Lead a proficient team, cultivating their expertise in credit analysis and portfolio optimization.
- Drive policy evolution, staying attuned to industry advancements.
- Specialize in underwriting significant transactions, adeptly navigating complex financial landscapes, and imparting wisdom to junior colleagues.
Qualifications: CA/ MBA Finance
Experience: 12 to 15 years
