Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Zonal Account Manager to lead and drive business growth across Delhi NCR and Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in capital equipment sales, team leadership, and building strategic customer relationships. The role requires ownership of regional sales performance, market development, and execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets for the assigned territory (Delhi NCR & Haryana).
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and strengthen the company’s presence.
  • Manage the complete capital equipment sales cycle including prospecting, solution selling, tender management, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare administrators, procurement teams, and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive sustainable growth.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates to ensure visibility and predictability of business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to refine sales strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, tender processes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • 6–10 years of sales experience, preferably in capital equipment / medical devices / healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good understanding of tender business, institutional sales, and government/private hospital ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
