Manage and support Microsoft Exchange in hybrid environments, perform server maintenance, monitor vulnerabilities, and handle mail flow and permissions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and support Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises & Exchange Online – Hybrid environment) Perform monthly Exchange Server patching and health checks Handle Exchange CU upgrades and server maintenance activities Monitor and mitigate critical vulnerabilities on Exchange and related servers Manage SMTP relay, mail flow, connectors, and transport rules Perform certificate renewals. Support and maintain third-party applications. Work on mailbox management, shared mailboxes, DLs, and permissions Handle incident, request, and problem management Coordinate with Microsoft support for critical issues Support Exchange decommissioning and cloud migration activities Maintain documentation and follow SOPs for operational tasks Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2016/2019 Experience with Exchange Online & Hybrid configuration Good understanding of mail flow, connectors, SMTP relay Experience in PowerShell scripting (Exchange / M365) Knowledge of Azure AD Connect & identity sync Familiarity with security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation
