Designs, develops, and leads scalable Pega applications using Constellation architecture. Architects complex workflows, case lifecycles, decisioning logic, and REST/SOAP integrations. Provides technical mentorship, conducts code reviews, tunes performance using Pega diagnostic tools, supports testing, collaborates with stakeholders, and maintains technical documentation.

Designs, develops, and leads scalable Pega applications using Constellation, complex workflows, case management, and decisioning logic. Architects REST, SOAP, file listener, email listener, and messaging integrations; troubleshoots integration issues; tunes performance using Pega diagnostic tools; conducts code reviews and mentors developers. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, supports testing, and maintains technical documentation.

Customize and implement Dynamics 365 (Sales/Customer Service) solutions using Dataverse, plugins, Power Platform and .NET/C#. Lead design, user stories, full-lifecycle development, code reviews, and enforce CRM architecture and customization standards. Azure/DevOps and portal development experience desirable.

Identify, remediate, and prevent application vulnerabilities across development, staging, and production environments. Use Snyk, Aqua Security, and cloud scanning tools to analyze risks, fix vulnerabilities in Python and other code, and coordinate secure CI/CD code promotion. Document root causes and remediation, collaborate with development teams, and improve security of containerized applications using Docker and OpenShift. Preferred experience includes AI-assisted coding tools, AI development agents, and container security.

Lead development of Python applications that process large-scale data, write and tune complex SQL, profile and optimize performance, deploy containerized apps, build unit tests, and work with data frameworks and Snowflake datasets.

Lead the Payment Investigations team, ensuring timely resolution of payment queries, managing performance, capacity, SLAs, stakeholder relationships, escalations, compliance, risk controls, hiring, training, and continuous process improvements while delivering MIS and reporting to senior management.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics (D365 CE/F&O/Business Central): triage and resolve incidents, debug plugins/workflows/integrations, perform RCA and fixes, manage environment refreshes and deployments with Azure DevOps, monitor performance and SQL, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and Microsoft support.

Lead customization and full-lifecycle development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
