Manage and oversee trade booking, cataloguing, enrichment, repair/amendment, validation, settlement and status updates across capital markets products. Process SWIFT instructions, monitor fail and aged trade reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve exceptions while ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance.

Manage capital markets trade operations including change management, client and escalation management, process and program oversight, SLA adherence, and talent supply management. Provide domain expertise to drive operational excellence.
