Lead 150–200 inbound customer service FTEs, monitor KPIs, implement operational strategies, manage recruitment, training, workforce planning and client engagements, drive process improvements, and align cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction across regions.

Perform data quality analysis and monitoring for capital markets by identifying issues, designing and enhancing checks, documenting processes, and partnering with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver permanent solutions.

Manage capital markets trade operations including change management, client and escalation management, process and program oversight, SLA adherence, and talent supply management. Provide domain expertise to drive operational excellence.
