Leads quality assurance and testing for asset management capital markets projects. Performs smoke, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across trade and order management systems. Gathers requirements, develops test plans, manages defects, coordinates testing, reports status, and leads teams and deliverables. Experience with front- and middle-office asset management services, multiple financial instruments, HP ALM or JIRA, and Charles River is preferred.

Supports capital markets business activities through quality assurance and control, client management, problem solving, training, coaching, mentoring, and team development. The role requires capital markets domain knowledge, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage or support people and processes.

Leads continuous improvement, process transformation, automation, and technology-enabled efficiency initiatives across banking capital markets BPS and IT operations. Manages improvement and change portfolios, applies Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, oversees SDLC best practices, develops delivery KPIs, collaborates with global teams, and reports progress to organizational and client leadership.
