Job Description for AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) / Intune Level 2 Support Position We are looking for a skilled Level 2 Support Technician specializing in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft Intune to join our IT team. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and management of virtual desktop and endpoint solutions within a cloud-first environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide Level 2 support for AVD and Intune, resolving complex deployment, configuration, and access issues. • Manage and optimize AVD environments: session hosts, host pools, and application groups. • Support device enrollment, configuration, and compliance management via Microsoft Intune. • Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security problems on AVD and Intune-managed devices. • Collaborate with Level 1 support and escalate unresolved issues when needed. • Assist in deployment, updates, and maintenance of virtual desktops and endpoints. • Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. • Stay current on AVD and Intune updates, features, and security best practices. • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support when required. Qualifications • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Intune support. • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and virtual desktop infrastructure. • Familiarity with endpoint management, device enrollment, and policy enforcement. • PowerShell scripting and automation experience. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
