THE ROLE
Workday Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Must possess excellent analytical and logical skills.
- JAVA and SQL is must.
- Candidates with good programming skills and knowledge of computer science are preferred.
- Candidates with IT Training Courses undergone from any IT Training Institute for Java is preferred.
- Having exposure on J2EE, spring boot, hibernate, SQL will be of advantage
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Candidate must show ability and willingness to learn, be self-motivated, hardworking, and flexible, and result oriented.
- Candidate must be willing to work in any location as per business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own Integration & Onboarding Application Development / AMS Support for American Express Client
- Automate, identify opportunities & streamline process to reduce redundant effort in BAU space
- Identify ways & Enable team to pick more green dollar work
- Mentor 2-3 junior developers
- Drive Innovation, Initiatives and process improvements.
