What You’ll Need- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

We’re seeking an exceptional Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role will be a significant contributor to the accounting and reconciliation of our Treasury, Debt, and Adjacent Services operations.
What You’ll Do- Prepare journal entries for our Treasury, Debt, and Adjacent Services operations in NetSuite
- Reconcile property settlement statements to cash paid or received
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with title agencies
- Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules and fluctuation analyses
- Prepare journal entries for cash transactions and reconcile cash to bank statements
- Assist with Opendoor's financial statement preparation and financial statement audit
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation to support the company’s growing business operations
- Real estate accounting experience
- NetSuite or other ERP experience
- Licensed CPA or CPA candidate
- Basic understanding of SQL
