Manage, maintain, and support enterprise Windows Server environments including installation, patching, monitoring, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, backup/recovery, troubleshooting, security hardening, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
We are looking for an experienced Windows Engineer with 8+ years of experience to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of Windows server environments while supporting business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and regular maintenance.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Troubleshoot Windows server and infrastructure issues.
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of the Windows infrastructure.
RequirementsRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience administering Windows Server environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Good understanding of system security, backup, and recovery.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Azure.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
