Lead and manage white-collar criminal and regulatory matters (PMLA, FEMA, SEBI), corporate fraud, economic offences and anti-corruption cases. Represent clients before courts, tribunals and regulators; draft bail applications, submissions, complaints, notices and investigation responses. Support internal investigations, evidence review, due diligence and forensic coordination; liaise with ED, CBI, SFIO and SEBI. Conduct legal research and prepare strategic legal notes and client advisories.
