Lead enterprise business development: research target markets, build pipelines, pitch and onboard clients, manage follow-ups, identify cross-sell opportunities, form partnerships, report progress, and build/lead a team of BDEs. Engage CXOs, travel within India as needed, and relay feedback to internal teams to drive growth.
o Learn: Concept of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) and ODR
o Research: Understand target market, build strategies and stay updated with the latest trends
o Sales funnel: List potential enterprises and create approach strategy
o Pitch: Study the enterprise, prepare customized content, schedule meetings, demonstrate offerings
and build collaterals
o Follow-up: Build, execute and document a strong follow-up plan
o Onboard: Liaise with in-house team for enterprise onboarding
o Cross / up sell opportunities: Leverage existing relationships to formulate and implement effective
cross / up sell strategies
o Report: Document monthly progress against defined targets
o Engage: Develop long-term relationships and drive value creation to enable enterprises to
recommend to their network
o Feedback: Source constructive feedback and relay it to the relevant teams
o Partnerships: Explore synergistic opportunities, create and implement marketing and sales campaigns
o Opportunities: Explore and identify new business opportunities
o Team Building: Build a lean and strong team of BDEs and drive business growth by leading them
Requirements
o Minimum 12+ years’ experience, preferably in B2B / enterprise sales
o Experience in financial services industry is preferred
o Proficient in illustration softwares (like MS PowerPoint, Canva)
o Experience in using lead generation tools and CRM softwares
o Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
o Proven ability to engage with CXO’s and business heads
o Comfortable with travel within India to meet potential and existing enterprises
o Enterprising, resilient, perseverant and ‘never give up’ attitude
