Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into clean, compelling videos for marketing, training, and social media purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and HR teams to produce video content as per business needs.
- Create product explainers, company reels, testimonials, event coverage, and training videos.
- Add transitions, animations, text overlays, subtitles, and royalty-free music to enhance content.
- Compress and export videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, LMS).
- Maintain a structured library of video assets, templates, and project files.
- Assist with shoot planning, framing, and lighting when required.
- Conduct basic sound mixing, colour correction, and background noise removal.
- Create short clips, reels, and teasers from longer footage for social media.
- Edit bilingual and multilingual content (English, Hindi, Marathi) for internal LMS modules.
- Stay updated on editing trends, tools, plugins, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in professional video editing.
- Proficiency in editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of basic sound design, animation, and colour grading.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
