Qualification: Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant / CFA

Designation: Training Manager

Reporting: Senior Team Lead, Data Operations [Head: Training]

Executive Work Experience: Min. 6 and max. 10 years of experience in corporate training delivery. Those having experience of teaching in educational institutions only should not apply.


Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in finance

• Research and Analytical Skills

• Excellent skills in MS office: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point Presentation

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English


 Key Responsibilities:

 Identifying new topics for corporate training.

 To engage with clients to understand training requirements.

 Create concept decks and training outlines.

• To prepare training outlines, training content and deliver training program on various areas of finance and financial services.

• Finance for non-Finance professionals

• Working Capital Management and Cost Management

• Accounting Standards-IFRS, Ind-AS, US-GAAP etc.

• Basics of Capital Market and Investment Management

• Taxation- Direct and Indirect

• To deliver training programs based on the requirements of clients.

• Will be required to travel across country for delivery of training programs.

 

Preferences:

Experience working as Trainer with reputed corporate training agencies/entities/companies. 

Internally this is titled as Analyst II.
