The ideal profiles should have expertise in validating large-scale data pipelines, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying data quality issues specific to health payer environments. Key skills include proficiency in SQL, data profiling, ETL testing, and working knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, ICD, CPT, claims processing, and HEDIS/ CMS. Experience with automated testing tools, data reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations is also essential. We are particularly interested in professionals with at least 6-10 years of hands-on experience in QA roles within health payer organizations or similar projects
