We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Playwright and/or Selenium to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performant software delivery across web platforms.

Internal Stake Holder - EMEA ART Leader, ART Leadership team, India EMEA Technology AVP, and Business process Owners for EMEA Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Playwright is a must and/or Selenium.
• Python - Scripting language is desirable.
• Create and execute automated and manual test cases covering:
o Functional Testing
o API Testing
o Mobile Testing
o Integration Testing
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements, especially within Banking and Insurance domain applications
• Ensure compliance with ISTQB best practices and standards for test design and execution
• Actively contribute within Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps (AzDo) for sprint planning, test management, defect tracking, and reporting
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, identify defects early, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Review and improve test automation code quality; hands-on coding experience is highly desirable
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote strong quality engineering practices across the team
• Participate in release readiness, regression cycles, and production validation when required
