We are seeking a talented and ambitious sales professional to join our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Specification team as a Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to target architects, consultants, and electrical contractors. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships and showcasing our innovative electrical and digital systems solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to target architects, consultants, and electrical contractors in the Mumbai region.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events and online platforms.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our product range and its benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer retention.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in techno-commercial sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong network and connections with architects, consultants, and electrical contractors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and digital technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the territory for client meetings and events.
